Sara is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist who has practiced in the Wooster area for over a decade. As one of OHuddle's founders, she is passionate about asset development in our community youth. Sara draws from experience as an Inpatient Mental Health Administrator, Psychiatric Research Coordinator, and University Instructor. Sara is the co-author of research relating to Multiple Intelligence and Response to Intervention. Sara and her husband Jason have two children and call Wooster home.
Director of Youth Ministry
Sean Snyder has worked in youth ministry in a number of different capacities for over six years. In addition to working alongside OHuddle as a community partner, Sean has worked closely with the student ministries at Grace Church, where he and his fiancee Jessica completed their internships for their Master's in Youth Ministry. Sean is excited to be a part of the OHuddle team and the work that God is doing in Wooster and Wayne County!

Shalyn is a Licensed School Counselor with over 11 years’ experience
working with children in various roles. Having worked in education and mental health, her mission is to inspire, encourage, and empower young adults to make positive, healthy choices that will lead to a more
productive experience in school as well as life. Shalyn is married and has four children ages 18, 16, 9, and 7. In her spare time, she enjoys coaching youth sports
including baseball, cheerleading, flag football, basketball, and volleyball.
Triway Site Coordinator
Christy is a mentor and former Smuckers Executive. She lives with her husband and boys in the Triway Local School District and is a proud supporter of the Triway Christian Education pragram. We are so excited to have Christy serve as our Interim Triway Coordinator.
Wooster Elementary Site Coordinator
Lynette maintains a
Batchelor of Science in Elementary Education from Taylor University; a Master’s Degree
in Early Childhood Education from Kent State University, and Administrative Credentials from
Ashland University. She holds a Birth-5 Year and SPED Early Education
Validations, a K- Grade 8 Teaching License, Pre-K – Grade 12 Principal’s Licenses, and Resident
Educator Mentor and Facilitator credentials. Lynette and her husband Tom have been married
for 45 years. They have two children and four grandchildren. Her
personal interests include reading, writing, hand crafts, traveling, and spending time with her
Orrville Middle School Site Coordinator
Erin launched OHuddle service in Orrville City Schools in 2016. A former soldier in the US Army, she also draws experience from work in mental health for the Christian Children's Home of Ohio. As the President of the Orrville Elementary PTO, Erin is dedicated to aligning supports and resources for Orrville students. Erin is married with two school-aged sons and calls Orrville home.
Wooster High School Site Coordinator
Karrie Foster has a background working in education and was part of the launch of the Boys and Girls Club of Wooster. She and her husband Thad along with their 4 children relocated to Wooster 9 years ago. Karrie enjoys spending time with her family and playing around on their small farm. It is her passion in life to better the lives of young people. She has always felt that creating relationships with children was her life's purpose. It is her goal to let students know that they are important and encourage them in their daily lives. Karrie is excited to work alongside Wooster City Schools as an OHuddle partner.
Edgewood Middle School & Orrville High School Site Coordinator

Mariah is a graduate from the College of Wooster School of Biology and is supporting OHuddle's growth sustainability in service to country through the AmeriCorps program. Mariah has a history of mentorship through OHuddle and has experience in volunteering with several community programs. In the future, Mariah plans to attend graduate school to become a Physician's Assistant. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and playing soccer. She and her husband Ben live in Wooster.
Green Local Schools Site Coordinator
Joanna studied psychology at The University of Akron.
Through her experience working with children, she has developed a passion for meeting children’s needs while supporting diversity and inclusion in achieving their individual and community goals. Joanna lives in Orrville with her husband Karl and three children.
